Medical services packs


Hospital medical services are all investigations and procedures that are offered for the resolution of a medical case.

1. Basic medical services pack

A. Hospital medical services for pathologies that do not require the patient’s admission
B. Hospital medical services for outpatients, offered as daytime hospitalization care.

  • Chemotherapy
Hospital medical services are all investigations and procedures that are offered for the resolution of a medical case.
In order to set a diagnosis, high-precision medical services can be recommended: CT, MRI, scintigraphy, angiography.

The high-precision medical services: CT, MRI, scintigraphy, angiography will be performed if the patient posesses a letter of referral for paraclinic investigations and special requirement forms, in 2 copies each, one of which is given to the medical service provider and the other one will be sent monthly by the same provider to the National Health Insurance Fund. Conditions for the usage of these technologies are:
  • that all other exploring possibilities have been used, without a result;
  • that the case is a medico-surgical emergency

Usage regulations:
  • Computed-tomography exploration(CT)
  • The CT scan shall replace the MRI when the insured patient has received recommendations against its use (in case of cardiac stimulators, valves, metalic foreign bodies, first 3 months of pregnancy).
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (RMN)
  • The MRI shall replace the CT scan when the insured patient has received recommendations against its use (renal failure, sever heart failure, pregnancy, allergies to the iodinated contrast agents).
  • Scintigraphic exploration

2. Minimal medical services pack
In case the patient does not have an insurance, the hospital will offer emergency care services, having the obligation to evaluate the patient’s medical condition and to release him if the emergency measures are no longer justifiable.
If the non-insured patient specifically requires further care, this can be offered, provided that the patient pays for all medical expenses of his hospitalization.
A non-insured patient can be admitted and treated in case of emergencies established according to the following criteria:
- medico-surgical emergencies or any other situations that might endanger the patient’s life or are in the process of doing so.

3. Medical services pack for patients that have private medical insurances
- medico-surgical emergencies or any other situations that might endanger the patient’s life or are in the process of doing so.
